Refer companies, earn an ongoing share
You advise or train companies, look after them as an IT service provider or accountant, or represent them as an association. AI literacy under Article 4 of the EU AI Act comes up in your conversations anyway – you just have not had anything concrete to hand the company afterwards. That is what AI4Cert is for, and you receive a share for every company you refer.
Two routes – you decide how much you want to do
Refer. You pass on your partner link, nothing more. The company registers itself, takes the assessment itself and collects its own record. No administration, no support, no ongoing effort on your side – and you still receive a share of what the company pays. That is the route this page describes.
Offer it under your own name. You appear as the provider yourself: your logo, your prices, you add your companies and see their results. That is the partner model for trainers and associations who want to build AI4Cert into their own offering. For that, it is best if we talk directly.
How a referral works
- You receive your partner code and the matching link, for example
www.ai4cert.de/en/betrieb-anmelden?partner=yourcode. - You pass it on however suits you: on the last slide of a training session, in a newsletter, in an e-mail to a client, in a post.
- The company registers itself. Through the link your code is recorded automatically. Anyone who does not click the link but has only heard your code enters it in the “Partner code” field on the registration form.
- We see the attribution and contact you as soon as the company pays for the first time.
What you receive
- 25 % of the revenue from the company you referred – ongoing for three years, not a one-off payment on the first order.
- 30 % from ten referred companies onwards, then for all of your companies.
- The share starts with the first assessment that is actually paid for. Reference companies that the provider assesses without charge produce no revenue and therefore no share.
What you do not have to do
No training to deliver, no support to provide, nothing to maintain. Questions from the company go to info@ai4cert.de, not to you. There is no minimum volume, no purchase commitment and no exclusivity – you recommend when it fits, and otherwise you do not.
Settlement
We contact you as soon as a company you referred receives an invoice, and we show you that invoice so the amount of your share is verifiable. Payment follows once the company has paid, against your invoice to Datentechnik Schwab. We put the details in a short written agreement beforehand – for associations or larger networks we agree the terms individually.
Material to hand out
A ready-made A5 flyer, double-sided, to print and leave out – at events, after a training session, in a waiting area. It explains the subject and leads to the short check via a QR code. Please note that the flyer is in German.
On request you can have the flyer with your own partner code in the QR code. Every registration that comes out of it is then attributed to you automatically – the general flyer cannot do that. A short e-mail to info@ai4cert.de is enough.
Getting started
Write to info@ai4cert.de with your name, your company and the code you would like to use. You get your link back and can start right away. Please note that correspondence and calls are handled in German.
