Become a partner: how it works, and how you earn from it
You advise or train companies, look after them as an IT service provider or accountant, or represent them as an association. AI4Cert is the assessment for AI literacy: basic knowledge and three tasks from everyday work with a real AI, with a record for each employee and a summary record for the company.
There are two ways to earn money with it. The difference is who pays for the assessment: the company or you.
Route 1: Refer
You pass on a link. The company and we do the rest.
How it works
- You receive your personal link from us.
- You give it to the companies you advise, train or look after.
- The company registers, has its employees assessed and pays AI4Cert.
- As soon as the company has paid, you send us an invoice for your share.
How you earn from it
You receive 30 % of everything the company pays for assessments in the first three years.
Example: a company with 20 employees pays 20 × EUR 24 = EUR 480. You receive EUR 144. If it has everyone assessed again the following year, you receive EUR 144 again.
Your effort: one link. No administration, no support, no invoice to the company.
Route 2: Offer it yourself
You sell the assessment as part of your own offer, at your price.
How it works
- You add the assessment to your offer: to the course, the package or your ongoing service.
- Your client pays you. It receives no invoice from AI4Cert.
- You give it your personal link. As soon as it has registered, you receive an e-mail with a link where you enter how many employees you are paying for. Its employees then take the assessment.
- At the end of the month you receive an invoice from us: depending on the size of the company, EUR 9.90 to EUR 14.90 per assessment started.
How you earn from it
You set the price for your client. You keep whatever is above your partner price.
Example: you train 12 employees and charge EUR 24 per employee for the assessment (our list price for a company of that size): EUR 288. You pay AI4Cert 12 × EUR 12.90 = EUR 154.80. You keep EUR 133.20.
Your effort: one link and one number to us. No advance payment, no minimum volume.
Which route suits you? You do not want to manage anything or invoice the company: refer. You already sell courses, packages or services and want the assessment to be part of them: offer it yourself. You can also use both routes.
Route 3: Training partner – you teach what went wrong
Anyone who does not pass learns which areas of the assessment framework fell short. In its overview the company sees the training providers that teach exactly those areas – and can have the assessment retaken after a training.
As a training partner you map your training to the areas of the assessment principles 1.2. Nothing more is needed: the framework is public, the assessment stays with AI4Cert. The listing costs nothing in the first year; the fee from the second year on is set together with the first partners. The list is alphabetical, AI4Cert makes no recommendation and passes on no names or results; the company contacts you itself.
Training partner and route 1 can be combined: whoever sends participants to the assessment receives the share from route 1; whoever trains those who did not pass is on the list. Register as a training partner (form in German) – two minutes, approval by AI4Cert.
Tiered prices: what the company pays, and what you earn on each route
The figures are per employee, one-off per assessment, net. The tier depends on the number of employees the company has assessed within twelve months.

When you refer, you receive the 30 % on every invoice to the company, for three years. When you offer it yourself, “you keep” applies if you charge your client the list price; you can charge more or less, or include the assessment in an overall price.
Every price includes a second attempt; from an employee's third attempt onwards each further attempt costs EUR 9. All prices net plus VAT. There is no subscription.
What is the same on both routes
- The company registers itself, through your link. It settles the terms of use and data processing directly with Datentechnik Schwab. You do not need to have anything signed.
- No support on your side. Questions from the company about the assessment go to info@ai4cert.de, not to you.
- You do not see any employee data. The company shows you its status with its summary record.
- The record is always an AI4Cert record, with a publicly verifiable record number.
- Your company stays your company. Whoever registers through your link remains attributed to you.
- No purchase commitment, no exclusivity.
Frequent questions
Can I use both routes? Yes. You then get two links, one for each route, and decide for each company which one you give it.
If I offer it myself, do I also get the 30 %? No. Only one route applies to any one assessment: if you pay for the assessment, you earn from your own price. If the company pays, you receive the 30 %.
What if my client later orders further assessments itself? Then it pays the list price to AI4Cert and you receive 30 % of that, until three years after its registration. This applies, for example, to new employees or to the repeat after twelve months if you no longer offer it.
When I refer, how do I find out what I am owed? We contact you as soon as the company receives an invoice and tell you the number of assessments and the invoice amount. Payment follows once the company has paid, against your invoice to Datentechnik Schwab.
When I offer it myself, why do I have to release how many employees I am paying for? Because you pay for the assessments, not the company. Without your release, anyone with your link could have employees assessed, and the invoice would go to you. With the release you decide how many assessments per company go on your invoice.
Is there a contract? Yes, a short written agreement beforehand. For associations, publishers and larger networks we agree the details directly.
Are there companies I earn nothing from when I refer? Only one case: we assess a few companies as references without charge. Where there is no revenue, there is no share.
Material to hand out
A ready-made A5 flyer, double-sided, to print and leave out – at events, after a training session, in a waiting area. It explains the subject and leads to the short check via a QR code. Please note that the flyer is in German.
On request you can have the flyer with your own partner code in the QR code. Every registration that comes out of it is then attributed to you automatically – the general flyer cannot do that. A short e-mail to info@ai4cert.de is enough.
Getting started
Write to info@ai4cert.de with your name, your company, the code you would like for your link and the route you want: refer, offer it yourself, training partner, or several of them. You get your link back and can start right away; as a training partner you also receive the mapping table for the assessment framework. Please note that correspondence and calls are handled in German.
